Refund policy
Because of the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or you received the wrong item. Where required by law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:
- the item is defective,
- the item arrived damaged, or
- you received the wrong item.
Email lm@l8boomers.com with:
- your order number,
- a brief description of the issue, and
- clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
If your claim is approved, we will replace the item (or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable). We will provide a pre-paid return label only if we require the item back for inspection. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- All intimate products (including toys, lingerie/underwear, lubricants, and personal care items) are final sale.
- Opened or unsealed items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders move quickly through our system. If you need to cancel, email lm@l8boomers.com immediately. We can only attempt cancellation before the order is processed or shipped. Once processed/shipped, the order is final.
Refunds (When Approved)
For approved cases (defective/damaged/wrong item or valid EU cooling-off on unopened goods):
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 10 business days for processing after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at lm@l8boomers.com.
